Registration Includes:
The 2022 ERC Biennial Meeting registration fee provides full participation in the conference, including networking and awards receptions, as well as: breakfast; lunch; and morning, afternoon, and evening refreshments on September 20st and 21st.
Housing:
All 2022 ERC Biennial Meeting activities will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Crystal City hotel in Arlington, Virginia. Click here to book your room through our discounted room block. Your room should be booked no later than August 30, 2022.
The DoubleTree offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), which is located 1 mile from the venue.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made before August 30, 2022 can be made by contacting ercbiennial@asee.org. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all registration refunds. Cancellations after August 30, 2022 should be requested in writing to ercbiennial@asee.org and refunds after this date will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
