Registration Includes:
The 2024 ERC Biennial Meeting registration fee provides full participation in the conference, including networking and awards receptions, as well as: evening refreshments on September 8th; breakfast, lunch, and morning, afternoon, and evening refreshments on September 9th; and breakfast, lunch, and morning refreshments on September 10th.
Housing:
All 2024 ERC Biennial Meeting activities will be held at the Westin Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria, VA. Click here to book your room through our discounted room block. To participate fully in this meeting, please check-in on September 8th and check-out on September 10th. Your room should be booked no later than August 18, 2024.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request to ercbiennial@asee.org. All cancellations made by August 18, 2024 will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests made after August 18 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
