What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee provides full participation in the conference, including networking receptions, plenary, concurrent, and poster sessions, as well as: evening refreshments on October 23 and 24, breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments on October 24 and 25, and lunch on October 24 and 25.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations made before September 30, 2019 can be made through the registration portal. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all registration refunds. Cancellations after September 30, 2019 should be made in writing to ercbiennial@asee.org. Refunds after this date will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
