Registration closes on September 25, 2019 at 11:59 PM, ET. Please note that attendees are responsible for costs related to travel (airfare, train, etc.) and hotel accommodations. Meals (reception, breakfast, lunch) will be provided at this meeting and are included in the registration fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations made before September 25, 2019 can be made through the registration portal. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all registration refunds. Cancellations after September 25, 2019 should be made in writing to r.phillips@asee.org. Refunds after this date will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
