Overview
We are happy to offer complimentary childcare for 2019 ERC Biennial Meeting attendees through Corporate Kids Events. Childcare services will be offered onsite at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City for children aged 1 month old – 12 years old. Meals, snacks, and age-appropriate activities will be provided.
Our ability to provide this service depends on us exceeding a minimum threshold of participants. We have negotiated a number of spaces that will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
Childcare services will be offered during the following dates/times:
Wednesday, October 23 from 4:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Thursday, October 24 from 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Friday, October 25 from 6:45 AM – 1:15 PM

Please be sure to complete the above registration form in its entirety. We will honor registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is not guaranteed after August 23.

About Corporate Kids Events
General Information
Corporate Kids Events (CKE) was founded in 1999 and provides childcare for more than 250 events a year. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, all branches of the US Military, and some of the nation’s largest non-profits and special needs organizations.
CKE provides complete, day-camp style programs that include a wide variety of arts and crafts, games, and age-appropriate activities, with the goal of ensuring that the children are active, engaged, and enjoying their time.
Safety and Commitment
CKE program managers are experienced childcare professionals, certified in CPR and First Aid. All CKE staff are required to provide copies of all certifications, clearances and detailed resumes. CKE performs interviews, extensive reference checks and security background checks on each potential staff member.
Before, during and after the event, safety is our primary concern. Our safety program includes the use of ID bracelets, secure sign-in and sign-out procedures, and a digital photo security system. With staffing ratios exceeding industry standards, detailed review of each child’s dietary and medical needs prior to the event, digital photos of each child with their parents or guardians. CKE is sure to provide a program that ensures the fun, safety and proper return of each child daily.
Staff-to-Child Ratios
Infants 1 month old to 2 years old – 1:2
Children 3 years old to 5 years old – 1:4
Children 6 years old to 12 years old – 1:6
